Dr Sani made me feel extremeley comfortable to open up and talk about my challenges as soon as the consultation started. I had been worried to express my struggles but Dr Sani had carefully listened to me throughout which encouraged me to be my complete self. I am confident if I was to need any support again Dr Sani would support, listen and provide expertise and advice.

During my first consultation with Dr Sani I was made to feel very comfortable. I was extremely nervous going in and I was assured there was no need to be. I feel like she truly listened to my issues without judgement and tried to get as full a picture as possible. After we each discussed concerns with possible routes for medication (which I felt truly heard on again) she provided me with a suitable option which has worked absolute wonders. This has truly changed my life for the better and I have had such a great experience from start to finish with Dr Sani. Thank you!

Made me feel comfortable, eased my mind, let me answer at my own pace- would recommend highly!

Dismissive, judgemental and overall did nothing to help me. Used cannabis use and depression as excuses to dismiss my concerns. Made a comment about how I smell at beginning of meeting. Gave the impression she had not read the forms i submitted prior to meeting as did not refer to them at all. Used scenarios and terms I could not relate to several times. Did not put me at ease at all. Looked uncomfortable when I stated I am LGBT. Advised I go back to GP and await treatment from them despite the long wait time being the main reason I had chosen to see her instead. Has not provided report within stated timeframe.
